By accessing or using figur.com or any related services, products, or applications (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Figur provides AI-powered tools for virtual clothing try-ons, outfit visualization, and styling recommendations. The Service may include image uploads, generative AI outputs, analytics, and user dashboards.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use this Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that all information provided is accurate and complete.

4. User Accounts

You may be required to register an account using your email, Google, or other authentication methods. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials, and
• All activities under your account.

Figur reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any images, text, or data (“User Content”) that you upload. By uploading, you grant Figur a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to process, display, and analyze your content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You agree not to upload any content that:

• Infringes on the rights of others,
• Contains nudity, hate speech, or unlawful material, or
• Violates any applicable laws or platform policies.

6. AI-Generated Output

AI-generated outputs (including try-on images, edits, and styling suggestions) are automated predictions and may not always be accurate or realistic. Figur does not guarantee the correctness, reliability, or fitness of any AI-generated result. You agree to use such outputs at your own discretion and risk.

7. Payments and Credits

Some features are available only on paid plans or credit systems. All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Payments are handled by secure third-party providers. Credits, once purchased, are non-refundable except as required by law.

Figur may change its pricing, credit system, or subscription structure with reasonable prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Figur platform, logos, branding, code, and design belong to Figur Technologies Pvt. Ltd.You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy which explains how we collect, use, and store your information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in that policy.

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unethical purpose,
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with our systems,
• Upload copyrighted material without permission,
• Misrepresent your identity or another person’s likeness.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Figur, its directors, employees, and partners are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
• Loss of data, profit, or business opportunities,
• Any errors or inaccuracies in AI outputs.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Figur and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, uploaded content, or violation of these Terms.

13. Service Modifications

Figur may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice.

14. Termination

Figur may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service if you breach these Terms or misuse the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka.
