1. Overview

At Figur, we aim to ensure a transparent and fair experience for our users. Since our platform operates on a credit-based system, refunds are processed in proportion to unused credits from your latest purchase, subject to the terms below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The request is made within 30 days from the date of your last credit purchase.
  • The credits being refunded are unused or partially unused.
  • Only the most recent credit purchase is eligible for refund.
  • The refund request is sent from the email associated with your Figur account.

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Credits older than 30 days from purchase,
  • Credits used to generate AI outputs (images, edits, or try-ons),
  • Free credits, promotional offers, or bonus credits,
  • Subscription fees or non-credit-based services.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at team@figur.fit with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Your Registered Email]”.
  2. Include details of your last credit purchase (date, amount, and payment method).
  3. Our team will review and confirm your remaining unused credits.
  4. An equivalent monetary value for the unused credits from your most recent purchase will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

4. Partial Usage

If part of your credits have been used, we will refund only the unused credit balance proportionally, based on your most recent purchase value.

Example: If you purchased 100 credits for ₹1,000 and used 40 credits, a refund of ₹600 will be processed (for the 60 unused credits).

5. Cancellations

Since credit purchases are processed instantly and available for immediate use, cancellations are not supported once the credits are added to your account. However, you may still request a refund under the conditions listed above.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider’s processing timelines. We will notify you by email once the refund is initiated.
